The Oasis Spa is excited to help you celebrate your special occasions and group gatherings! The Oasis Relaxation Lounge is available to reserve for your private affair. You and your party will be able to enjoy a secluded area to relax, visit, and enjoy specialty beverages and delectable morsels exclusively for your special Spa Day! Reservations are available for a Half Day only (4 hours, either 9-1 or 1-5). The Oasis Lounge is only available to reserve with a minimum of six 1-hour treatments reserved for the group during the 4-hour Lounge Reservation. $150 for Lounge room rental. Cancellation Policy: 72-hour prior notification required to cancel or postpone. If cancelled with less than 72-hours’ notice, 50% of cost will be retained by the Spa.

Reservation & Confirmation
We are excited to serve our guests and we spend a good deal of time preparing for your spa experience. As an award-winning day spa, our appointments fill up quickly and often times we must place guests on a wait list for treatments. Please respect our scheduling and our team of therapists by keeping your appointments. Your treatments are a guaranteed reservation set aside for you. If you need to reschedule an appointment(s), please provide a minimum of 24-hour notice.
Full payment is required for the following conditions: Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment(s), no-shows, or missed appointment(s). Your credit card or gift card/gift certificate will be charged in the event you miss your appointment or do not cancel/reschedule within the 24-hour prior timeframe. You will have one opportunity to redeem the credit that was charged to your method of payment within 60 days of the missed appointment. In the event you are unable to reserve your experience within that timeframe or you miss the appointment a second time, you will forfeit those funds.
Late arrivals: Please keep in mind that arriving late may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of time.
Package or Group Booking: Treatments of 2 or more guests will require a 48-hour notice of cancellation, or rescheduling. For package or group bookings (5 treatments or more), it will require 5 days’ notice of cancellation, or rescheduling.
Gift certificates: All appointments reserved with gift certificates are subject to our Spa cancellation policy.
Appointment Confirmation: A text, email or phone confirmation of your reservation is required with a team member the day before your appointment(s). Due to our extremely high volume of guest reservations, we contact all guests to confirm their reservation and we request a response from you in a timely fashion to confirm your reservation. Failure to confirm your appointment(s) may result in a cancellation to accommodate a guest on our wait list.
