We are excited to serve guests and we spend a good deal of time preparing for your spa experience. As an award-winning day spa, appointments fill up quickly and often times we must place guests on a wait list for services. Please respect scheduling and the team of therapists by keeping your appointments. Your service(s) are a guaranteed reservation set aside for you. If you need to reschedule an appointment(s), please provide a minimum 24-hour notice.
Full payment is required for the following conditions: Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule an appointment(s), no-show or missed appointment(s). Your credit card or gift card/gift certificate will be charged in the event you miss your appointment or do not cancel/reschedule within the 24-hour prior time frame. You will have one opportunity to redeem the credit that was charged to your method of payment within 60 days of the missed appointment. In the event you are unable to reserve your experience within that time frame or you miss the appointment a second time, you will forfeit those funds.
Late arrivals: Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require us to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. We regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of time.
Package or Group booking: Services of 2 or more guests will require a 48-hour notice of cancellation, or rescheduling. For package or group bookings (5 services or more) will require 5 days’ notice of cancellation, or rescheduling.
Gift certificates: All appointments reserved with gift certificates are subject to the Spa cancellation policy.
Appointment confirmation: A text, email or phone confirmation of your reservation is required with a team member the day before your appointment(s). Due to an extremely high volume of guest reservations, we contact all guests to confirm their reservation and we request a response from you in a timely fashion to confirm your reservation. Failure to confirm your appointment(s) may result in a cancellation to accommodate a guest on the wait list.
